Learn to make a variety of classic pasta shapes using just flour, water, and your hands—no specialty equipment needed! In this hands-on cooking class, you will learn the basics of making a hand-kneaded pasta dough, and transforming it into different shapes based on the Geometry of Pasta. We’ll make three different sauces perfect for Summer, whether you’re going on a picnic or hosting a dinner party at home.

Fresh pasta is both an impressive meal and a endlessly-versatile food that is simple to master at home. Join Zach as he shares authentic recipes, life wisdom in food, and some secrets of the Italian kitchen.
