Community Challah Braiding

Bring your friends, neighbors, and fellow foodies and come learn to braid challah. Stop by anytime during this open-house-style event and plan to stay about an hour for a demo and some hands-on dough playtime. Feel free to BYOWine, snacks, etc.

Tickets available online and at the event:

$10 Hang out, have fun, and braid some challah

$20 All the fun, plus a challah to take home and bake

*50% of all ticket sales benefit hunger relief for local Denver and international Jewish communities.

What the challah?

Challah is a traditional, Jewish egg bread (similar to brioche) baked for and eaten on Shabbat every Friday, and other festive occasions. We’ll be making our challot (plural) in time to bake for your own Shabbat celebrations.
