In this hands-on cooking class, you will learn how to make a simple and versatile “sfoglia” egg pasta dough, then roll it out into many different shapes. We’ll whip up three homemade sauces (cacio e pepe, pasta e fagioli, and cinnamon-brown sugar) and share a pasta-filled meal together. Making your own painted pasta masterpieces is both an impressive meal and a comfort food that is easy to master at home, and is the foundation for any homemade pasta dish.
