Bread Workshop: Fun with Brioche

We’re excited to show you the secrets behind the jam bun, brioche swirls, Denver Danish, and even the coveted egg bun.

Brioche is a versatile dough that can become the base of a variety of pastries. In this workshop, we’ll begin with pre-mixed / ready to shape brioche dough, and then get creative in turning it into different products, whether they’re sliced, stuffed, or filled with a runny egg yolk.
