Learn to make your favorite risotto at home using the ingredients in your pantry. In this hands-on cooking class, you will learn the base technique for making perfect risotto, and then get to experiment by designing your own flavor combinations. We’ll make more than just rice, as we learn to make homemade broth; roast, sauté, and puree different vegetables; and then turn the leftovers into Arancini. 

Making risotto is both an impressive meal and a comfort food that is simple to master at home. Join Zach as he shares authentic recipes, life wisdom in food, and some secrets of the Italian kitchen.
