Like the Great British Baking Show without the competition! This workshop is an introduction to choux pastry -- the magic dough behind eclairs, cream puffs, and crullers. Learn to mix and bake the versatile choux pastry, try out some piping techniques, and get creative with a variety of fillings and glazes.

An explanation of what choux is and all the wonderful things we can do with it
